Nigerian Traffic Warden Filmed Lashing Out At UK Motorist During Argument Over Parking Ticket

This video shows the moment a traffic warden lashed out at a motorist who was filming their squabble about a parking ticket.

The British motorist began recording their dispute after the officer allegedly told him he would be getting a fine for parking at a spot - even though he had started to drive away from the place.

While the motorist was recording and saying he'll upload the video on YouTube - the warden can be heard speaking in a Nigerian accent, saying: "I'll sue you" - before attempting to hit him through the window.

The incident happened in Hackney, East London.

The unnamed motorist later explained the situation to MailOnline saying he had queried the warden about why he was going to be issued with a ticket despite returning to his car and driving away after dropping off a relative at a nearby hosptial.

He said: "I warned him that he was being videoed and asked him to explain why he was giving me a parking ticket. I told him I was going to send a complaint, but he ignored me and then hit out. I left for my personal safety."

Hackney Council confirmed the incident. They are currently investigating the matter.
